Online

  • Pay online using a computer or mobile device when you register your account online.
  • DMU accepts credit card, debit card and electronic check payments through our website. Commercial accounts can only make electronic check payments online.

One Time Payment

  • You will need your account number and the last name or business name on the account.
  • DMU accepts credit card, debit card and electronic check payments through our website. Commercial accounts can only make electronic check payments online.

Automatic Bank Draft/ACH

  • DMU bills can be paid by automatic bank draft/ACH.
  • DMU will initiate an ACH payment of the account balance due from the designated account on the due date of the utility statement each month.
  • Fill out the ACH form and return it to DMU with a voided check to get started.

Recurring Credit/Debit Card

  • DMU bills can be paid by recurring credit or debit card.
  • DMU will initiate a payment of the account balance due to your credit or debit card on the due date of the utility statement each month.
  • Fill out the recurring credit/debit card form and return it to DMU.
Credit Card Form

By Mail, Drop Box, or In Person

  • Check and cash payments are accepted through the mail and in our drop box located near the DMU Business Office.
  • Customers may leave their check or cash payment at Crawford County Bank, Bank Iowa or United Bank of Iowa.
  • Check, cash, credit, and debit card payments are accepted in person at our office.
