Note: A power cost adjustment shall be applied to the kWh usage of each customer. The power cost adjustment will be based on the DMU cost of purchased power during the previous month. The power cost adjustment base shall be $0.0555 June-August, $0.0505 January, February, December $0.0440, March-May & September-November. This clause applies to all rate classes.
** A large power rate for loads greater than 10,000 Kw will be set on a case by case basis to reflect DMU’s cost to serve such load.
Payment of Bills
Bills are to be paid within twenty (20) days after the billing date. Bills not paid within twenty (20) days are subject to an administrative charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the delinquent bill. One late payment per year will be allowed with no administrative charge.
